Rheological Additive

BK^®-100 is an organoclay (tetraallkyl ammonium bentonite) for solvent-based systems of low, medium and high polarity.

1. Advantages:

High gelling efficiency over low,medium and high polarity organic liquids.

Easy of incorporation.No need for polar activator or making pregel.

Consistent in rheology and thixotropy development.

Easy of dispersion especially in styrene and alcohol solvent. Dust-free addition.

Good anti-sagging property and anti-sediment property.

Can replace fumed silica in epoxy resin systems and unsaturated resin systems with better thixotropy performance and more economical price.
